Our aim is to create a quality home that is geared up to student living. The owner is a private landlord who lives in Guildford. You deal directly with the landlord, not a letting agent. This means any queries you have are dealt with swiftly and effectively.

Every effort is made to make the houses comfortable and to make the process of renting easy and businesslike.

An Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement sets out the basis on which you rent the house and is signed by the tenant. Parents or Guardians sign a Guarantee which assures any money the tenant may owe to the landlord.

The landlord is a member of the government's Deposit Protection Service which means your deposit per person is kept fairly and securely by a third party until the end of the tenancy, and is returned directly to the tenant by the Deposit Protection Service.
